THE LIFESTYLE

OF BROOKS CREEK

AWAY FROM IT ALL, & RIGHT NEXT DOOR

The town of Arlington captures the best of the Pacific Northwest—a welcoming small-town atmosphere surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Nestled between the Stillaguamish River and the Cascade foothills, Arlington offers a slower pace of life where neighbors know one another, local shops and cafés feel like old friends, and outdoor adventure is always just around the corner.

Whether you're exploring scenic trails, fishing nearby rivers, visiting local farms, or enjoying community events in the historic downtown, Arlington is a place where lasting memories are made. It's a community that perfectly balances rural charm with modern conveniences, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive.

IN HARMONY WITH NATURE

LIFE ON THE STILLAGUAMISH

Mornings begin with the gentle sound of flowing water and mist rising above the river, while eagles soar overhead and salmon make their seasonal return. Whether you're casting a line from your own shoreline, kayaking through calm waters, gathering around an evening fire, or simply relaxing on the deck with panoramic river views, every day feels like a retreat.

Surrounded by towering evergreens yet conveniently close to charming local towns and everyday amenities, the Stillaguamish River offers an exceptional Pacific Northwest lifestyle where privacy, adventure, and connection with nature come together in perfect harmony.

THE WOODLANDS

Surrounded by a picturesque valley, the property offers exceptional access to outdoor recreation. Enjoy private trails for hiking, horseback riding, and ATVs, including the scenic Loop Trail and the more challenging Deer Run Trail, which connects to the State Forest. Just 10 minutes away, Boulder Falls offers one of the area's most spectacular hikes, featuring towering old-growth trees, cascading waterfalls, scenic river boulders, and family-friendly trails perfect for a day of adventure or a picnic in nature.

ON THE RIVERBANKS

The North Fork of the Stillaguamish River is just 100 feet from The Lodge and has always been one of our favorite places on the property. During the summer months, the river slows to a gentle flow, making it perfect for leisurely rafting, wading, or cooling off with a refreshing swim. Some areas are shallow enough to walk across, while deeper pools invite you to take a dip on warm afternoons. As the sun sets, there's nothing better than gathering around a riverside bonfire, listening to the water, and watching the stars come out.

ON THE WILD SIDE

Wildlife is part of everyday life here. It's not uncommon to wake up to a doe and her spotted fawn grazing nearby, while eagles soar overhead and native birds fill the air with song. The peaceful setting creates a true connection to nature, making every season feel special. For an unforgettable Pacific Northwest experience, head to Anacortes for a whale-watching excursion through the San Juan Islands, where orcas, seals, bald eagles, and other marine wildlife can often be seen in their natural habitat.
