Jeffrey White is a licensed real estate broker with John L. Scott Arlington, bringing seven years of real estate experience and more than two decades as a licensed general contractor, business owner, and project manager. His professional background in custom-home construction, property development, and equestrian projects throughout the Pacific Northwest gives him an uncommon ability to evaluate both the visible and underlying elements of a property.
Jeffrey specializes in residential homes, acreage, farms, luxury estates, and properties with meaningful lifestyle or development potential. He approaches every listing with a mission-focused mindset: understanding the land, structures, improvements, market position, and opportunities that shape value. From a first walkthrough through property preparation, pricing, marketing, negotiation, and closing, Jeffrey brings clarity, coordination, and a commitment to delivering at a high level.
As co-founder of Watermark Real Estate Northwest, Jeffrey helps clients prepare and position their properties with purpose. His experience coordinating contractors, repairs, landscaping, staging, and pre-market projects allows sellers to move forward with confidence and a clear plan.
Outside of real estate, Jeffrey enjoys life in the Pacific Northwest as an avid outdoorsman, fisherman, hunter, and motocross rider. He and Brittany share an equestrian property with horses, Highland cattle, and their three dogs.

With real estate roots in her family and a professional background in the medical field, Brittany brings compassion, organization, clear communication, and a service-first mindset to each client relationship.
Brittany understands that a real estate decision is not simply a transaction; it is often a major life transition. Her role is to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout the entire process. She helps oversee marketing, client relations, property presentation, communication, and the details that make a listing experience feel smooth, polished, and personal.
Working alongside Jeffrey for 17 years in their contracting business has given Brittany a firsthand understanding of property preparation, project coordination, and the importance of delivering on commitments. Her thoughtful approach complements Jeffrey’s strategic and development-focused perspective, creating a balanced partnership for clients who expect both professional expertise and genuine personal attention.
A longtime Washington resident, Brittany is deeply connected to the local community through volunteer service, charitable work, churches, youth sports, food banks, and community projects. She enjoys cooking, hosting friends and family, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and building a lasting legacy alongside Jeffrey and their family.
